Our community is located just north of the San Francisco Bay Area. Often called North Bay, our complex in Petaluma is just north of the Marin County line. Petaluma is part of lovely Sonoma County. Tenants can enjoy Old Town Petaluma or a short drive to the Sonoma Wine Country and Napa Wine Country. There is something for everyone, including nearby hiking trails along the Petaluma River, easy access to numerous shopping centers and close access to highway 101. Tenants enjoy having their children enrolled at Miwok Valley School, voted a California most distinguished school.
All of our tenants can choose between two heated pools, two clean and safe laundry facilities as well as a childrens play area for the kids. Security cameras have been installed on all parking areas and laundry facilities for tenant safety.
